CoStar Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to real estate professionals. You will handle inbound calls and cases, resolve issues on first contact where possible, and collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to provide solutions.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and proactive data management. We value a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in customer service, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role with a demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer care.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer service calls and cases ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
• Support sales colleagues to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer data and respond to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Develop understanding of CoStar Group technology, tools and products and resolve issues effectively.
