Job summary

Ruffit by CityVet Preston Forest is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the clinic’s first point of contact, greeting clients, answering phones, and helping patients through check-in and scheduling.

You will manage appointments, prioritize client education, and handle lobby triage by service needs, ensuring a smooth daily workflow; at least 18 years old, you will join a team that values caring.

Qualifications

• Client Service Specialist serves as the clinics primary point of contact for client interfaces, on the phone or face-to-face.
• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, and other services.
• Prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic.
• Open doors, check patients in, notify clients of delays, care for clients during wait times, and alert staff of arrivals.
• Maintain a pleasant client experience and build relationships that result in loyal brand ambassadors.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
