Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Client Service Specialist at the Oak Lawn Ruffit clinic to be the clinic's first contact with clients, on the phone or in person. You will ensure a pleasant experience and help build loyal brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities include checking in appointments, booking, guiding clients through vaccines, wellness and retail needs, greeting clients, and coordinating with the team to keep a smooth daily workflow. Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Understand and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage for vaccines, wellness, parasite and retail needs.
• Greet and welcome clients entering the clinic, check patients in, inform about delays, care for clients during wait and notify staff of arrivals.
