Description

The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the company's customers, suppliers, and sales team by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position requires a commitment to customer service excellence, effective verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer and business software proficiency, and independent thinking.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Interacting with customers, suppliers, and sales team via phone, email, online chat, or in person to support and inform about products or services.
  • Entering orders into customer relationship management software for new or additional products or services.
  • Handling customer questions and complaints; escalating issues beyond own knowledge to the Director of Customer Service or appropriate team member.
  • Taking timely actions to resolve customer problems and concerns.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Communicating regularly with the Director of Customer Service and sales team regarding case status, deadlines, and issues.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per year, based on education and experience. Environ Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and currently cannot sponsor visas. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
