CNA currently has an opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Support Contact Center Team supporting our customers, agents, and brokers within the US.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to calls and emails, providing assistance within designated timeframes.
  2. Utilize logs or tools to track and update issues.
  3. Provide user assistance within applications.

Reporting Relationship: Supervisor or above

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to resolve problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Sense of urgency and ownership in providing superior service.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Effective communication and follow-up skills.
  • Embrace technology and utilize desktop tools efficiently.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Typically at least one year of relevant experience.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is required to include an estimate of compensation. The range for this role in specified states is $35,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience and other factors.
