Job description

Aon is looking for a Client Service Specialist I

As a Client Service Specialist you will contribute to the success of our industry-leading PEO team. Not only will you become a valued team member, but you will also grow your skills with a revered company in the risk management industry. This is a 100% remote role with the working hours is PST.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process certificate/ policy requests
  • Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
  • Data management
  • Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
  • Ability to work PST hours

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Interpreting client requirements documents
  • Data management experience
  • Skilled with data management. Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems
  • Data Entry experience
  • Property and casualty license preferred, or required within 90 days of hire
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate well with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry will be helpful

Education:

  • College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
