Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Louisville area team. This full-time, fully remote role offers weekday hours from 9 am to 6 pm and an hourly compensation range of $16–$17, with a bonus program.

You will handle inbound calls, texts and emails, coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers, and help resolve customer questions while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
