Overview
Client Service Representative I - Bilingual (Spanish) Lenexa, KS
Answers and resolves telephone inquiries/requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.
This is a temporary position, fully remote.
Training is approximately 3-4 weeks, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm CST. (TENTATIVE)
Schedule will be assigned after training; start time will be between 7:00am - 10:30am with a rotating Saturday schedule.
Work from home requirements: Home internet hard wired to modem with minimum 100mbps download and 20mbps upload speed.
Start date: June 9th
Pay Range: $17 / hour (English/Spanish Bilingual)
Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonuses.
