Overview

Client Service Representative I - Bilingual (Spanish) Lenexa, KS

Answers and resolves telephone inquiries/requests initiated by customers or prospective customers in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.

This is a temporary position, fully remote.

Training is approximately 3-4 weeks, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm CST. (TENTATIVE)

Schedule will be assigned after training; start time will be between 7:00am - 10:30am with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Work from home requirements: Home internet hard wired to modem with minimum 100mbps download and 20mbps upload speed.

Start date: June 9th

Pay Range: $17 / hour (English/Spanish Bilingual)

Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries courteously using professional etiquette and available resources.
• Research and troubleshoot issues, follow up with customers.
• Complete documentation accurately; report priority matters following procedures.
• Follow policies for follow-up and shift change notifications.
• Provide education and guidance about business processes.
• Escalate issues as needed, suggest process improvements, and comply with policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

• At least 1 year in a similar role.

Preferred Work Experience:

• 2+ years professional experience.
• Familiarity with wellness and toxicology platforms listed.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Sitting for long periods.
• Repetitive motions (typing).

Knowledge:

• Telephone etiquette, office equipment, medical terminology.
• Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Five9.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, maintain confidentiality.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
