Give me the basics!

Our Florida Healthcare agents assist ResultsCX customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including reviews and change requests on insurance plans, scheduling appointments, helping members find primary care physicians, and more. We handle inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about important changes.

What do we do?

For example, we recently helped an elderly member who was confused about her stipend and was at risk of not having funds for groceries. Our team worked quickly to refresh her stipend and ensure she could buy food, demonstrating the real-life impact of our work.

What should I bring to the interview?
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in toggling between multiple systems
  • Availability: Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
  • Pay Expectation: Starting at $13/hr during training; rates vary by program
Can I work from home?

To work remotely, you must:

  • Reside in Florida
  • Have a PC or laptop with Windows 10 (no Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or smartphone)
  • High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
  • Connect directly via Ethernet (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
  • Have at least 2 monitors, each 13 inches or larger
  • Use a VoIP USB headset with microphone and a webcam
  • Have a dedicated, quiet workspace

Additional equipment tests will be conducted during the interview.
