SUMMARY
This position is looking for skilled call center candidates at our site in Beverly, MA. Applicants must live in Massachusetts, have EPIC/registration system experience (please list on resume as applicable), and have reliable high-speed home internet. This role is fully remote after training is complete (training is around 2-6 weeks, depending on previous experience) and should be located close enough to our site for on-site training as needed. Under direct supervision, plays an expanded and advanced role in creating superior access for patients. Duties include handling incoming patient inquiries and assisting patients in managing appointments and care. The Patient Service Representative plays an integral role in supporting our patients through a variety of support duties that facilitate an interdisciplinary, coordinated care delivery model. As a level II representative, utilizes advanced skills to perform all duties of Level I and serves as a resource and mentor for lower-level representatives. Handles more complex issues arising through incoming calls. Provides exceptional customer service and strong problem-solving skills to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship. Must have clear verbal and written communication skills to ensure improved patient access.
