  3. Prioritize new customers among developers, contractors, and roof installers, with an emphasis on geographic and strategic expansion.
  4. Manage relationships and communicate with key customers to understand their needs, including purchase orders, account receivables, technical support, and logistics.
  5. Observe RFP opportunities and build/manage the sales pipeline.
  6. Conduct market analysis to understand current dynamics and needs, supporting Qcells' overall strategy in North America.
  7. Develop go-to-market strategies, identifying and approaching strategic partners and customers in the C&I sector.
  8. Define the business model and standard contract terms, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of C&I Module Sales.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Electrical, or a related power field.
  • At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in the solar industry, preferably in community or utility-scale projects.

  • Entrepreneurial drive and flexibility to work with various customer types.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
