Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital in Cheektowaga, NY is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll manage front-desk duties, greet clients, and handle communications in a busy, state-of-the-art practice.

You’ll work about 15–20 hours weekly, primarily evenings and Saturdays, with no on-call emergencies. We offer a supportive environment, ongoing education assistance, and a focus on teamwork while delivering high-quality care to companion

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Part-time role with 15–20 hours per week (evenings and Saturday help preferred).
• Previous veterinary receptionist/CSR experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be a team player with compassion for pets and their owners.

Responsabilités

• Answer telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
• Warmly greet clients.
• Prepare patient files.
• Receive and relay client correspondence and update client financial records.
• Answer client inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures.
• Educate clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions.
• Admit patients and handle medical records entries accurately.
• Prepare client invoices for services performed.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Receive and relay telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Previousexperience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but notrequired
• Significant experiencewith basic office functions in a busy office environment
• Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
• Part-Time hours; approximately 15-20 hours per week (evenings and Saturday help preferred)
