Timberlake Veterinary Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative for a part-time role. You will greet clients, manage calls and client communications, prepare patient files, and assist with invoices and payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls quickly, efficiently and professionally using a multi-line system.
• Warmly greet clients.
• Prepare patient files.
• Receive and relay client messages and update financial records.
• Answer client questions about basic animal care and procedures.
• Educate clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions.
• Admit patients and handle medical records entries.
• Prepare client invoices for services performed.

Timberlake Veterinary Hospital is looking to add a compassionate Client Service Representative to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Our experienced and caring environment means you’ll practice high-quality veterinary care. Timberlake Veterinary Hospital has an experienced and close-knit team that has been servicing the area since 1979. Our practice is in an attractive facility in the busy Holland Plaza Shopping Center. Our beautifully decorated 3,000 square foot hospital includes a reception area, four exam rooms, treatment/prep area with two wet table workstations, an x-ray room, surgical suite, and more! Client Service Representative - Part Time

What You’ll Do

• Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system
• Warmly greets clients
• Prepares patient files
• Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records
• Answers client’s inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
• Educates clients on over-the-counter products such as flea and tick preventions
• Admits patients and handles medical records entries accurately
• Prepares client invoices for services performed
• Handles payment transactions
• Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly

Requirements
