Job summary

Greenwich Village Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative in New York, NY. This Rarebreed clinic offers a professional yet fun environment with opportunities to learn state-of-the-art training facilities and work with a positive team to deliver high-quality pet care.

You will greet clients, manage front-office tasks, answer a multi-line phone system, and help keep the hospital communications smooth using email and PIMs software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service required; veterinary experience desired but not required.
• Strong client relations and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and be the main point of contact for the hospital.
• Provide day-to-day client services of the front office and support staff.
• Answer a busy multi-line phone system and route calls to the relevant departments.
• Resolve informal client issues and report to Client Services Supervisor.

What You’ll Do
