Job summary

Court Square Animal Hospital in Long Island City, NY seeks a Client Service Representative to join our busy reception team. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage payments while delivering friendly, professional service to pets and their families.

Responsibilities

• Answering a high volume of phone calls and assisting clients with questions
• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
• Checking patients in and out - Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Responding to emails and client messages
• Taking accurate messages for our medical team
• Creating and updating patient and client profiles
• Processing payments and assisting with account questions
• Communicating with clients regarding medications, records, appointments, and follow-ups
• Maintaining an organized and clean reception and lobby area
• Assisting the veterinary team and other departments as needed

Court Square Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital located in Long Island City, NY. We are a busy, growing practice that values teamwork, excellent client service, and a positive work environment. Our team works together to provide high-quality care while making sure every client and patient feels welcomed and supported. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude—even on busy days

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
