You will be the first and last point of contact for clients, ensuring a compassionate and organized experience during emotional moments of pet ownership.

The role requires veterinary hospital experience, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Veterinary Client Service Representative preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional during busy or emotionally challenging situations.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and veterinary software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
• Answer high-volume phone calls while appropriately prioritizing urgent patient needs.
• Coordinate emergency walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
• Accurately register patients and maintain electronic medical records.
• Collect patient histories and verify client information.

• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians regarding patient flow.
