Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary hospital receptionist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of phone calls and assist clients with questions.
• Greet clients and create a welcoming experience.
• Check patients in and out; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Respond to emails and client messages.
• Take accurate messages for the medical team.
• Create and update patient and client profiles.
• Process payments and assist with account questions.
• Communicate about medications, records, appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain an organized reception and lobby area.
• Assist the veterinary team and other departments as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
