Job summary

Innovetive Petcare in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide friendly customer care, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

The role involves processing payments, coordinating with veterinarians and staff, inputting data into software, and supporting operations while maintaining a compassionate, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.
• Client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software

Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 / hour
