Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients.
• Process payments and invoices.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical history.
• Determine status of patient immunizations and tests.
• Communicate with doctor and staff on arrival and treatments.
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and OTC products per veterinarian instructions.
• Accurately input data into computer software.
• Additional duties may be assigned as policies change.
