Job summary

AAVMP in Belton, Texas seeks an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to provide friendly client service, manage appointments and billing, and support the veterinary team with accurate data entry. This full-time on-site role requires handling phones, medical histories, and coordination with doctors.

Responsibilities include processing payments, inputting records, and assisting with immunization and treatment coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.
• At least 1 year of veterinary medicine experience.
