Job summary

Chisholm Trail Veterinary Clinic - New Braunfels seeks a friendly Client Service Representative to join our reception team in New Braunfels, TX. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and collect medical histories with care.

The role requires weekend availability, the ability to lift 30–50 pounds, and strong data entry skills. Prior client service experience is preferred; we provide training, a supportive team, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software
