Job summary

New Braunfels is hiring a Client Service Representative to join our Receptionists department. Full time position based in New Braunfels, Texas. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service in a veterinary setting, handling calls, scheduling, payments, and data entry, while supporting doctors and staff. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Weekend availability as needed
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
• Client service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical history
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software
