Essex Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to be the first contact for clients and their pets, delivering welcoming service while supporting daily operations of a busy veterinary practice.

In this full-time, hourly role, you will answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, process payments, and assist with prescriptions, working closely with veterinarians and nurses to ensure a smooth visit for every family.
