Job summary

You will manage county fulfillment requests, communicate proactively with client-facing teams, county offices and vendors to keep orders on track and meet SLAs, while supporting process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in public records, lien, UCC, tax lien, land and litigation research.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs in high-volume operations.
• Preferred: degree in business, legal studies, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage county fulfillment requests by conducting public record searches, document retrievals, and related services.
• Deliver high-quality client service and operational support while meeting SLAs and client expectations.
• Support process improvement by analyzing search results and identifying discrepancies to improve efficiency and compliance.
