Qualifications

• 2 years experience in records retention or information management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Records and Information Management program to ensure compliance.
• Research retention schedules and advise on strategies to users.
• Train user departments on policies and procedures for Records Management at PSE.
• Collaborate with IT and external providers to define system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with records management processes and add value to business strategies.
• Coordinate with off-site storage vendors and purchasing for contracts.
