Cogency Global Inc. in Olympia, WA seeks a candidate with corporate and customer service knowledge to join our team and deliver accurate public records services with dedication to client satisfaction.

You will manage county fulfillment requests, communicate proactively with client-facing teams, county offices and vendors to keep orders on track and meet SLAs, while supporting process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in public records, lien, UCC, tax lien, land and litigation research.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs in high-volume operations.
• Preferred: degree in business, legal studies, or communications.

We are looking for a candidate with prior corporate and customer service knowledge to join our team and experience the support, camaraderie, and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented professional company. Applicants should be computer-knowledgeable, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication, and be organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilites

• Process and manage county fulfillment requests by conducting public record searches, document retrievals, and related services while ensuring accuracy, compliance with county-specific requirements, timely turnaround times, and proper reporting within internal systems.
• Deliver high-quality client service and operational support through proactive communication with client-facing teams, county offices, vendors, and internal departments regarding order status, delays, issues, and resolution needs while meeting SLAs and client expectations.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement by analyzing search results, resolving routine issues, maintaining jurisdictional knowledge, identifying discrepancies, and contributing process improvement recommendations that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and the overall client experience.

Requirements

• Relevant industry and research experience including public records, lien, UCC, tax lien, land record, and litigation research, with a strong understanding of filing terminology, entity matching, and jurisdiction-specific government office procedures.
• Proven ability to succeed in high-volume operational environments by consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and quality KPIs (700-1000 lines/month) while efficiently navigating multiple systems, databases, workflow management tools, CRM platforms, and order tracking systems.
• Strong adaptability and professional background gained through experience in fast-paced client service, legal, compliance, financial services, or operations environments; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, communications, or a related field is preferred.
