Job summary

H&R Block in Kansas is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You’ll provide friendly, high-touch service in person, over the phone, or virtually.

You will coordinate scheduling, maintain a clean, organized office, and support teammates as needed. Prior customer service experience and comfort with multi-tasking and Microsoft Office are preferred.
