Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is hiring a full-time Inside Service Coordinator to support our USA customer base.

After completing training, you will issue service quotations, track calibration frequency, promote service contracts, initiate email campaigns, coordinate visits with field service engineers, and maintain customer databases. The role demands high energy, teamwork, clear communication, and adept use of AI tools to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• College degree with internship experience or high school diploma and customer service experience in a professional workplace.
• Proven experience in high demand customer service.
• English: good communication skills, written and spoken.
• Able to lift 25 lbs to assist with spares and service shipments.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Issue service quotations to customers.
• Track customer calibration frequency and outreach to customers past due.
• Promote and quote service contracts.
• Initiate e-mail campaigns promoting upgrades and services.
• Coordinate service visits with customer and field service engineers.
• Maintain customer databases.
