RiseMe in the United States is seeking a full-time Inside Service Coordinator to support our customer base in the USA service team. After completing a training program, you will handle quotations, scheduling, and collaborations with field engineers.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, fluent in English, and comfortable using AI tools and Microsoft Office to improve productivity and deliver world-class service.

Job description

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to continued growth within the USA service team, we have a vacancy for a full time (40 hours/week) inside service coordinator to support our customer base.

After completing a training program, you will be involved & responsible for the following activities:

• Issue service quotations to customers
• Track customer calibration frequency and outreach to customers past due
• Promote and quote service contracts
• Initiate e-mail campaigns promoting upgrades and services
• Coordinate service visits with customer and field service engineers
• Maintain customer databases
