Job summary

Siemens Mobility invites applications for a Client Service Manager to oversee service agreements and drive profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction across the Shoreview, MN branch and the greater Minneapolis area.

You will balance on-site client interactions with back-office tasks, crafting strategies to leverage Siemens’ service and product portfolio to achieve the client’s business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-recognized GED is required.
• Experience in the Building Technology industry is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business software systems is required.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of service agreements, driving to a financial target and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Balance time between on-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities.
• Develop account strategies to meet customer goals using the service and product portfolio.
• Create service delivery plans with customers to define scope of work.
• Identify customer needs and recommend adds, upgrades, or escalations.
• Lead master scheduling to deliver service and support renewals with QA activities.
• Maintain organization and interpersonal effectiveness.
