Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering consulting.
• Proven track record of success in business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure successful project delivery and optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead client service teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Serve as Deputy Project Manager or Project Manager for various projects.
• Drive successful business development efforts with client proposals.
