Job summary

Howden US is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the day-to-day service and account administration for retail clients. You will be involved in onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and billing support, delivering an exceptional client experience with attention to detail and responsiveness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with carriers and internal teams, with opportunities to contribute ideas and hands-on support to automation

Qualifications

• Client service experience in insurance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through the policy lifecycle including onboarding and renewals.
• Prepare and process evidence of coverage requests and endorsements.
• Maintain client and policy data in Applied Epic and other agency management systems.
• Respond to client, carrier, and internal stakeholder inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Assist with billing inquiries and policy servicing needs.
• Collaborate on automation tool development and UAT testing to improve service delivery.
