Job summary

Banc of California seeks a Client Banking Officer to support Community Banking Relationship Managers, onboarding deposits and treasury services for consumer and business clients. You will handle inquiries via calls and emails and ensure daily transactions are processed accurately and in line with policy.

Bring knowledge of consumer/business accounts, regulatory awareness, and strong communication. Prior banking or client services experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and client

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer and business account types and document requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations and Know Your Customer rules.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience handling routine forms and client communications.
• Minimum 1 year of client services or banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboards business and consumer depository products routed through Community Banking.
• Completes TM setup forms for treasury products for business clients.
• Maintains deposit accounts and handles supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates CDD/KYC information for depository and TM services.
• Provides clients with information about depository and TM products.
• Handles transaction and wire requests within authority limits.
• Processes inquiries and performs account maintenance with approvals as needed.
• Responds to inquiries and coordinates with other departments as required.
