Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a Client Services Supervisor to lead a team of client service specialists in our Ohio operations. The role focuses on directing workflow and ensuring timely, accurate responses to client inquiries while coaching staff on policies and procedures.

You will train new hires, develop documented resolutions for common issues, and provide direct support to assigned accounts, including escalated cases. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum seven years industry experience required.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists.
• Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures.
• Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues.
• Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
