Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize the veterinary team’s productivity. You will ensure clear communication with clients and staff while guiding the care of pets in a happy, welcoming environment that encourages return visits and referrals.

The role requires leadership, a strong focus on client service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Promote hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, welcoming clients and pets and educating them about their pet's health.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation, entering pet information and history, and ensuring prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, information and invoices, dispensing prescriptions, selling retail products and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage the finances by maintaining accurate balances and following opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
