You will engage clients, educate them on wellness plans, and coordinate documentation, appointments, and financial transactions in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role emphasizes communication, efficiency, and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history, and ID procedures.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, and scheduling future visits.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
