H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the friendly face of the office. In person, you will greet clients, manage check-in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the appropriate tax professional.

This role supports daily office operations, scans documents, maintains organization, and collaborates with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience. Availability evenings and weekends during tax season is required.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
