Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure a welcoming, efficient office environment.

In a fast-paced franchise setting, you will maintain organization, support team members, and handle in-person, phone, or virtual inquiries. Prior customer service experience and proficient computer skills are preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
