Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person. You will collaborate with tax professionals and ensure a smooth client experience during tax season.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Evening and weekend availability are required during tax season, with a focus on confidential handling of client

Responsibilities

Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression.

Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning documents
Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a professional client experience.
Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure seamless daily operations.
