Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in the United States seeks a Client Service Associate within our Business Insurance team to support account management and sales, ensuring client needs are met. The role involves coordinating the marketing process, soliciting quotes, and preparing cost sheets for new and renewal business.

Strong communication, time management, and a willingness to obtain an active insurance license within 3 months are valued.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
• Very effective oral and written communication skills as well as client relationship building skills.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of employment.

Aufgaben

• Support Account Management and Sales teams to meet client needs.
• Coordinate marketing process for new and renewal group business by compiling data, soliciting quotes, monitoring bid requests, and preparing cost sheets.
• Assist with issuing and managing certificates of insurance and client communications used in planning, renewal, and quarterly reviews.
• Engage in client-facing interactions during the year and support professional development opportunities.
