Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team seeks a passionate, people-oriented customer service professional to develop, implement and deliver outstanding service to clients. We support mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow within MMA as you advance in insurance and risk management proficiency.

You will work with client management and carriers to handle requests, issue certificates of insurance, and collaborate on presentations and materials while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to support clients in a fast-paced insurance environment.
• Ability to work well with teammates and adapt to changing processes and priorities.
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling records and certificates.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Insurance Client Management to handle incoming service requests and communicate with all parties.
• Manage and issue certificates of insurance for the assigned book of business.
• Collaborate with account teams, prepare materials, and process insurance policies with carriers.
• Update customer information in the agency management system with accuracy.
• Verify certificate coverages match policies and comply with state law.
• Provide exceptional customer service with the sales and service team.
