Job summary

Cogency Global is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills to join our remote team. You will perform searches using PACER, analyze federal court records, and report findings clearly and accurately, while meeting tight turnaround times and quality standards.

The role is remote, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a salary of about $40,000 per year. Excellent organization and workflow improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills to accurately interpret search results, identify discrepancies, and document findings clearly.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently by navigating PACER, meeting productivity standards (25.00+ LPH), and adhering to 24‑hour turnaround times.
• Proficiency in following procedures and systems while maintaining compliance with state and Cogency-specific requirements and using internal tools for data entry and reporting.
