Job summary

Cogency Global, based in Sacramento, CA, seeks a motivated professional with corporate and customer service experience to join a collaborative team. You will be detail-driven and tech-savvy, supporting clients and handling legal documents.

As a direct point of contact for law firm clients, you will process orders, resolve issues, and assist clients with Cogency’s proprietary applications (training provided). This hybrid, M-F role runs 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST with a salary range of $50–$55K.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience in legal/corporate services.

• Review and submit legal documents.
• Act as intermediary between clients and state/public offices.
• Coordinate with public offices and commercial agents on the client’s behalf.
• Multitask effectively with high attention to detail.
• Provide timely responses within a 15-minute time frame.

Requirements

• Applicants should be computer-knowledgeable and show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience with legal or corporate legal services transactions.
• Team player with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
