Jackson Hewitt - 3278 is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for our office and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role focuses on strong communication, engaging with clients, confirming appointments, and guiding them through the visit.

You'll gain exposure to tax-related services, receive training, and have opportunities for advancement. Prior customer service experience is welcomed and basic computer proficiency is preferred to troubleshoot simple issues.
