Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with focus on business/technology preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with partners.
• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to identify improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates for clients.
• Collaborate across operations, service, and relationship teams with clear communication.
