Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking participants for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Client Service. This 10-week experience offers hands-on exposure to client support, onboarding, reporting, and relationship management within a leading global financial services firm.

As an intern you will build skills in problem solving, service analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration while working with operations, service, and relationship teams.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program; business or technology focus preferred.
• Graduating Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country where applying.
• Interest in client service and financial services

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries and help move issues to closure.
• Track service metrics and trends to identify improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates for clients.
• Collaborate across operations, service, and relationship teams to maintain clear communication.
