Home Hope and Healing seeks a full-time Client Service Representative to join our scheduling team in Smithfield. The role focuses on coordinating client and staff schedules, while delivering compassionate customer service and precise communication.

You will engage with the care team, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and participate in after-hours On Call rotations. Office-based weekday schedule, with two monthly on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Data entry and EMR logging required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for clients and field staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication.
• Collaborate to place staff and clients with the right fit.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts with the care team.
• Rotate after-hours On Call coverage.
