Job summary

HouseWorks, LLC is seeking a Client Care Specialist to be the primary contact for private pay clients and caregivers within an assigned region. You will build strong relationships, ensure care needs are met, and manage scheduling of caregivers with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

The role blends compassionate client service with operational efficiency, requiring proactive communication, documentation in the EMR, EVV monitoring, and coordination with leadership.

Qualifications

• General education background with strong communication skills.
• Experience in home care or healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience managing client scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize open client schedules and complete work timely.
• Coordinate new client referrals and staffing with leadership.
• Match caregivers to care plans and review details with staff.
• Manage caregiver schedules to minimize overtime and stay within budget.
• Serve as first point of contact for client and caregiver inquiries.
• Document all interactions and schedule changes in the EMR.
