Job summary

Home Hope and Healing in Smithfield, ME, is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join the PCA scheduling team at our central office.

Hours are weekdays, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with two rotations per month of after-hours On Call coverage. The CSR will coordinate schedules with PSS staff, maintain accurate communication with clients and families, and help place staff with clients for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Data entry into electronic medical records and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and listening skills for client/family interactions.
• Ability to multitask in a high-functioning office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client/family schedules with PSS field staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely communication with clients and staff.
• Collaborate to place staff and clients with the right fit; resolve scheduling conflicts.
