Job summary

National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking commission-driven Client Loyalty Specialists to support customers at risk of canceling their service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital communications to retain clients and guide them back to the program.

The role requires strong listening skills, professionalism, and the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations. 8-hour shifts are available, with schedules posted in advance and eligibility for overtime."

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to persuade and resolve issues over calls and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of cancellation through calls, email, and digital channels.
• Build rapport and use problem-solving to keep clients in program.
• Document conversations clearly in Salesforce and follow quality guidelines.
